Through these many years, proprietors Chef Timothy Kringlie and Justin McDonald have dedicated themselves to bringing consistent quality of products and hospitable service to our guests. Along with Tim's sous chef and back of the house manager, Borivane Khemmanyvong, and a host of long-time employees on the kitchen line, the Bistro has established a name for itself as having creative nightly specials and food quality and consistency that is known throughout the south.
French Market Bistro has a nationally recognized wine list with over 250 selections by the bottle and 15 wines by the glass to please any palate. Keeping up with the wine and beverage program is Emily Hart of the Bistro. Justin McDonald is into constant search and seizure of wines from all parts of the world and takes great care in keeping our many regular guests' glasses full with their favorite wines.

The food and service are consistently good. The steak and 1/2 lettuce with home made bleu cheese dressing is a favorite as are all the salads
I have never had a bad meal at the Bistro! I'd like to recommend their appletini as well.

This place is fancy. Clean, and the people here are polite and professional. The firecracker shrimp was a great way to start before the 2 dozen charbroiled oysters.
Blackened chicken was delish. Everyone cleaned their plates. Was busy for lunch, but they got us in and out quickly. Great service.
