French Market Bistro opened our doors on April 9th, 1996.

Through these many years, proprietors Chef Timothy Kringlie and Justin McDonald have dedicated themselves to bringing consistent quality products and hospitable service to our guests.  Along with Tim's sous chef and back of the house manager, Borivane Khemmanyvong, and a host of long-time employees on the kitchen line, the Bistro has established a name for itself as having creative nightly specials and food quality and consistency that is known throughout the south.

The food and service are consistently good. The steak and 1/2 lettuce with home made bleu cheese dressing is a favorite as are all the salads
